The Seniors Council/Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council will convene a public hearing at its meeting
on April 15, 2026 at 10:00am to review the draft 2026-27 Update to the 2024-28 Area Plan on Aging for
Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties at its offices located at 175 Westridge Drive, Watsonville. The plan
sets forth goals and objectives to address the needs of older adults in Santa Cruz and San Benito
Counties and the services to be provided with Area Plan funds.
The full plan may be found on the Seniors Council website. The summary report for the update will be
posted for review by April 8th at www.seniorscouncil.org. The public is welcome to submit written
comments or questions which should be directed to pattyt@seniorsouncil.org.
