Sharon Falcone, 75, of Hollister, CA passed away peacefully January 13, 2026 with her family by her side.
Born to Joaquin and Juanita Valdez in Hollister, CA, on March 30, 1950. Sharon graduated from Andrew Hill High School in San Jose, CA, in June1968. Sharon married Dale Falcone in July 1968. They initially lived in San Jose, CA, before moving to Hollister, CA, where they resided for the past 56 years. For 38 years, Sharon dedicated her life to the School District as a teacher’s aide, ensuring that students felt seen and important.
She is survived by her husband, Dale, and their daughter, Nicole Falcone (Annabel Rodriguez). Sharon also leaves behind three grandchildren, Angel Falcone, De’Angelo Blair, and Samaya Rodriguez, as well as two great-grandchildren, Athena and Keeno Cash. Sharon was predeceased in death by her kids, Nancy Falcone, Shane Falcone, and Misty Blair.
Sharon found joy in many things, including bowling, square dancing, horseback riding, riding her Bridgestone 90, sewing, making candy, and baking, which included her famous pies and her cakes that she loved sharing. She had a great love for animals, and of course, for her family and friends, especially her husband. A favorite Pastime was going to Disneyland for their corndogs and sharing the experience with her family and friends as much as possible. She enjoyed trips to the Carson River Resort, making her signature salsa, and drinking margaritas with great company. Sharon was best known for her unique sense of humor, remarkable hospitality, and her gift for making her loved ones feel deeply loved and cared for.
Sharon had a caring, loving heart and giving hands. She will be profoundly missed and will forever remain in our hearts. In lieu of sending flowers, if you would like, you can donate to Special Parents Information Network (SPIN)on Sharon’s memory.
Services will be held on January 23rd, 2026, at Black and Cooper Sander Funeral Home at 11:00 am. Following the services, there will be a celebration of life luncheon at Paine’s Restaurant between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
