The event is a direct fundraiser for the Fair and it’s largest fundraising event. This is an annual community event for families which was initially begun to recognize sponsors of the fair. It is now a family friendly event to recognize the volunteers, sponsors and staff members, and board members and an opportunity to raise funds to operate the County Fair. The event filled the patio at Bolado Park.
Top auctions items were a fishing event at their ranch donated by a local family including a lunch for 12 people and the highest item was paid for Cienega 4H Clubs donation of 8 baskets of preserves, baked goods and blankets made by the members for their projects.
Remember, Fair entries must be in by September 6!
