The resurfacing and rehabilitation of the Dunne Park tennis courts is moving along, as the second new layer was added to the courts on Wednesday. City crews will apply color to the courts over the weekend.
City officials said there was a "slight problem" of people taking down the gates and entering the courts before they are ready. They want to remind the public that the courts are closed and out of commission during the project.
"Staff is very excited about the project and we hope the community is as well." the city said on its Facebook page. "In a few weeks the courts will be ready to be played on. Staff will keep you posted."
