San Benito Robotics (SBR) is back! This summer, SBR is hosting weeklong boot camps for robotics and engineering. Want to help your kids transition from endless gaming and social media to exciting, hands-on learning? This is where you start.

There are a few boot camps to choose from. Robotics 101 is an introductory class, great for students with no prior experience. In this class, students learn to build robots using LEGO kits and create simple code to complete fun tasks. Students will work in small groups with their high school counselors where teamwork and curiosity are encouraged.

This year, SBR has added a new class, Electrical Engineering 101, where students will learn safety around electricity and experiment with the basic components of circuit boards.

SBR is committed to making Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) education accessible for all by keeping our classes as affordable as possible. We believe every student should have the opportunity to explore their creativity and innovative skills.

SBR is always looking for volunteers to help make our programs more successful.

This summer, boot camps will be running from July 7 – July 25. Each boot camp is $150, however SBR does offer scholarships to families in need.
