The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) reported a 3.58 earthquake on the Calaveras Fault at 11:28 p.m. on May 16. There have been no reports of damage in the area.
According to the USGS report, shaking was felt as far south as King City and as far west as Carmel in Monterey County.
