Chamberlain’s Children Center invites he public to its 6th Annual Mari’s FUNd Day BBQ Fundraiser and Silent Auction on Saturday, May 16 from noon to 3 p.m.
We are very excited to announce that we will once again have Yamamoto Hula Ohana performing during the program this year! In addition, we will be recognizing Intero Foundation and Pacific Scientific for their continued support.
The event is hosted by Chamberlain’s on our campus at 1850 San Benito St. and tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children. Lunch, served from 12:30-1:30 p.m., will include tri tip and hot dogs, chuck wagon beans, green salad, bread, and beverage. “To-go” lunches will also be available. There will be free face painting and a bounce house for the kids, along with a raffle and silent auction.
We have great auction items this year that include golf for four at San Juan Oaks, two skydiving jump passes, a wine and cheese experience, Calera wine, and more! Our raffle prizes include Happy Hollow tickets, Gilroy Gardens tickets, restaurant gift cards, and more!
As the name implies, Mari’s FUNd Day is a fun, family-friendly event that honors our supporters, staff, and children while raising money to support our programs. One hundred percent of the money raised goes directly to support our kids. This year, we plan to use the money raised to purchase new furniture for our cottages.
