Assemblyman Luis Alejo (D-Salinas) is urging those who are seeking assistance to pay for a college education to attend Cash for College workshops in the San Benito, Santa Clara and Monterey counties. These financial aid workshops will provide students and community members with information and guidance on how to fill out the FAFSA and Cal Grant applications.
“If you have any questions regarding how to fund your college education, I strongly suggest attending one of the many Cash for College workshops located in our district," he said. "Many times we feel that higher education may be out of our reach due to the cost, but workshops such as Cash for College allow us to find various ways of funding our higher education goals” states Alejo.
