The duo responsible for painting and creating a number of inspiring art projects in Hollister including the utility box mural project and San Benito Rocks will be celebrating their one-year anniversary on Saturday Dec. 16 for their latest venture, ARTI-Culture. From 6 p.m. to 9. p.m. the community is invited to join co-owners Joel Esqueda and Rolan Resendiz for a night of celebrating, dancing, & raffles. The holiday themed event will be held at Grillin & Chillin Alehouse located on 401 McCray St.

“We are so very excited. We never even had a grand opening so we are really trying to use this one-year anniversary to be able to celebrate our business’s success,” Resendiz told BenitoLink.

Guests are encouraged to bring a gift for their toy drive. The toys will be given to local homeless children.

ARTI-Culture has partnered with The Alehouse to make their very own beer called “ANTI-Culture” that will be unveiled and sold at the event.  The party will also feature live music by Fast Lane and tons of raffles including a chance to for two people to win free attendance to ARTI-Culture for a whole year.

The ARTI-Culture art studio is open for anyone interested in developing art skills in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Their studio is located in the original historic Hazel Hawkins Hospital building at 910 Monterey Street Suite #220.
