Arts Council presents “Capturing Ideas: Aromas Hills Artisans Fall Exhibition” at ARTspace

“Capturing Ideas: Aromas Hills Artisans’ Fall Exhibition” is now on display at ARTspace at 240 Fifth St. in downtown Hollister through Oct. 22, featuring paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, textile and mosaic art and more by members of the local arts collective based in Aromas. 

Local residents, students and art enthusiasts celebrated the exhibition opening at a public reception on Friday, Sept. 23.  

The full list of artists includes: Andrea McCann, Barbara Scoles, Bill McQuary, David Coombes, Jane Rekedal, Katie D’Amore, Laurie Tholen, Linda Bjornson, Louise Coombes, Sally Diggory, SanDee Adams, Sidney Rice and Susan Shirley.

This exhibition is presented by the San Benito County Arts Council and is made possible with the support of the California Arts Council, David and Lucille Packard Foundation, Monterey Peninsula Foundation and Aromas Hills Artisans.
