Stolen Flags
Jack Kirk spoke to the City Council and reported that the Boy Scouts had been providing flags for downtown during the Fourth of July. This year, many of the flags were taken during this year's Fourth of July Motorcycle Rally. All, but 35, have been accounted for. The Scouts would like the council to contribute the $900 that it would take to replace the flags. The Scouts would buy the raw materials and build the flags and poles.
