Toys donated by the Impalas Car Club

The Impalas Central Coast Car Club is once again bringing smiles to local foster children in need during the holiday season. This year marks the third year the Impalas Club is assisting CASA to ensure each foster child will have gifts to open on Christmas.

Esther Curtice, executive director for CASA of San Benito County remarked, “Every little bit of support helps us in acheiving our goal of providing a gift for every foster child.”

Car club member Pete Cavesuela says the club is happy to help CASA, and working to dispel the negative stigma that is often attached to Impalas and the low-rider lifestyle. “It’s really about showing the cars and giving back to the community,” he said.

CASA of San Benito County said it is grateful to the Impalas Central Coast Car Club for their generous contribution to the organization. CASA would also like to acknowledge car club members who assisted in organizing the toy drive: Pete and Christina Cavesuela, Roman Canchola, Oscar Gonzalez, Santos Gonzalez, Tomy Neiblas, Noe Bonilla, Rudy Garza, Steven Guerra, David Garcia, and Donnie Gutierrez.
