The San Benito Stage Company production of “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” opens at the San Benito High School Auditorium on Friday, July 12. Performances will take place every Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and every Sunday at 2 p.m. through July 27.
Based on the 1968 film version of the Ian Fleming book of the same name, the play follows a family’s fantastic journey to save their magical car from an evil baron.
Tickets for the local performance cost $17 for adults and $14 for seniors and students. San Benito Stage Company is also selling group packs of four tickets for $55.
Tickets are available at Mars Hill Coffeehouse and Postal Graphics, or can be ordered online. Regular price tickets will be available in the lobby of the auditorium prior to each performance. However, the four-pack of tickets must be purchased in advance.
