The Community Foundation for San Benito County is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for Latino high school and colleges students who reside in San Benito County.

Scholarships are awarded to Latino students who possess an economic need and are available to high school seniors with plans to continue their post-secondary education by attending a four-year college or university, community college, or certified vocational training institution. College students who are already enrolled are also eligible for this scholarship program.

Students can download the appropriate application (see files at the bottom of the article) and return the completed form to the Community Foundation for San Benito County office by Friday, March 29.

The selection process for the scholarships is rigorous and highly competitive. A review panel made up from members of the local Latino Generations Endowment Committee will select the strongest applicants to move towards the next round of the selection process.
