– Registration is now open for Silicon Valley Gives 2015, the online giving day for our region, and registration for the event is now open to all nonprofit organizations in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and San Benito counties. "The support for this event from local donors, corporations, and nonprofits has been strong, with several hundred participants attending the various nonprofit information and training sessions so far," according to a press release from the Foundation. – The Community Foundation's new Directory of Consultants for Central Coast Nonprofits is now available on its website. The searchable online directory lists consultants available to work with nonprofits in Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey counties. The directory provides local nonprofits with a way to find and learn about consultants working in a variety of specialty areas, such as fundraising, planning, and communications.
