Editor’s Note: Section violation. The following is the reasoning behind the removal of an article entitled of COMMUNITY OPINION: Supervisor shows contempt for county staff.
Term of Use that was violated:
“Transparency – You agree to use your real name, or approved organization’s name, when you post content. ‘Content’ includes all community opinions, events, articles, photographs and videos. Content posted under ‘Anonymous’ and/or pseudonyms will not be published.”
The author of this article was cleared based on the use of a full name and logical email address. However, due to a reader’s complaint, BenitoLink did additional research and was unable to confirm the author was legitimate through search tools.
Further, BenitoLink contacted the author’s email and did not get a prompt response. Unable to confirm author’s identity.
Freedom of speech is valued highly by the BenitoLink team but anonymous content is not permitted in BL Community Opinion section.
