Hollister City Councilwoman Mickie Solorio Luna is hosting an informational meeting for her westside constituents in District 2 on Monday, Aug. 29 from 6-7:30 p.m. at city hall, 375 Fifth St.

The meeting, she said, will include information on housing and business development, westside area parks, industrial pond issues and the water treatment plant.

"If you live in my city council district, I personally invite you to attend to receive updates on what is being developed in this area," she said in her announcement, noting that "this is not a regular city council meeting," meaning there will be no action taken.
