On Nov. 5, election day, and voters of all ages came to the Community Foundation for San Benito County in Hollister to turn in their ballots. The voting experience is changing as mail-in ballots have become more common. A growing percentage of Californians get their ballots in the mail about a month before the election and drop them off in a mailbox within a few days.

Higael Barragan is returning this election form to the San Benito County Election.

Many voters, like Higael Barragan dropping in his ballot, still take pleasure in going to a polling place to vote.
