Confusion about the requirement for noticing in the City Codes that Public Hearings require a 10 day noticing, rather than the 5 days necessary for a Special Meeting, The City Attorney suggested that the appeal be continued and the Appeal Hearing be re-scheduled with the appropriate noticing.
The City Council will meet Tuesday, March 18, at 6:00pm at City Hall in San Juan Bautista, On the agenda for the regular meeting will be consideration of the resolution to accept the Mitigated Negative Impact Report on the Proposed Arco Gas Station, Restaurant and Commercial Center for the intersection of Highway 156 and The Alameda and to hear the Leal Vineyards Appeal.
