NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF SAN JUAN BAUTISTA
Pursuant to SJB Municipal Code Section 11-25-120, there will be a Public Hearing on February 25, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at San Juan Bautista City Hall, 311 Second Street. During the public hearing, the following item will be discussed:
The City Council shall review and make a decision on an appeal of action taken by the Planning Commission at a meeting held on February 4, 2014. This appeal pertains to a conditional use and design review permit for construction of an ARCO Fuel Station, Convenience Store and Quick Serve Restaurant at 404-408 The Alameda (APN # 002-52-012). The project applicant is Harbhajan (Harvey) Dadwal. The appellant is Daniel J. De Vries representing Leal Vineyards, Inc.
The City Council shall not be limited in its review of that portion of the action complained of but may consider the entire matter and, in doing so, may add, modify or delete conditions as it deems necessary or proper.
A staff report and supporting documents and materials from the Planning Commission meeting held on February 4, 2014 will be available for public review at City Hall prior to the meeting. All members of the public are encouraged to attend this meeting and may address the City Council on the issues during the public hearing.
