In addition to schools being closed through the end of the week, government offices and libraries will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. Federal, state, county and city offices will be closed for the holiday and there will be no mail delivery Thursday.

Banks will be closed on Thanksgiving and garbage collection in San Benito County will be delayed by a day.
