Bill's Bullpen gave out more than 1,100 free comics during its Halloween Comic Fest 2015, which owner Bill Mifsud deemed "a smashing success."
"Our red carpet superhero line stretched for a block," said Mifsud, noting that his store at 207 Fourth St., will offer another free comic book day on May 7, 2016.
