The Hollister Dual Language Academy (HDLA) Parent Club is excited to announce the upcoming 2nd Annual Color Run on April 18th, 2024, starting at 8:50 AM. The event is for students only, it is not open to the public.Â
This school event promises a morning full of excitement, community camaraderie, and a burst of color for all participants and onlookers.
Thanks to the remarkable support from our community organizations and businesses, all students, teachers, and staff attending the event will receive exclusive HDLA Color Run T-shirts and sunglasses to enhance the festivities. The community’s overwhelming generosity has made this event a reality, and we deeply appreciate all those who have contributed.
While students were encouraged to raise at least $20 in donations to back HDLA initiatives, we are pleased to announce that all students can partake in the Color Run, regardless of their fundraising contributions.
Students who excelled in their fundraising efforts will be recognized with exciting prizes and special running attire to commemorate their accomplishments.
“The 2nd Annual Color Run is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of our vibrant HDLA community,” mentioned Nicole Shelton, President of the HDLA Parent Club. “It’s a moment for students, families, teachers, and staff to unite, enjoy a morning of fun, and celebrate the true essence of being a jaguar.”
The Color Run epitomizes the unity, inclusivity, and joy that define the HDLA experience. It’s a chance for everyone to share in the thrill, create lasting memories, and support the school’s initiatives and programs.
