Hollister City Council Meets Tuesday Evening

Hollister City Council takes up varied agenda items Tuesday, February 19 at City Hall

Hollister City Council members will review a number of issues during their regularly scheduled meeting beginning 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.

As acknowledgment of his service, Officer Carlos Rodriguez will receive a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Gang Prevention Policy Committee for his service as Gang Officer for the Hollister Police Department.

Items on the Council agenda include discussion and adoption of an update to the current RV and Boat regulations, a resolution requesting Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) of San Benito County to initiate proceedings for the annexation of territory, and consideration of the sponsorship of the Kaufman FastTrac Growth Venture Program with the Hollister Downtown Association and the Small Business Development Center.

The Hollister City Council meets regularly the first and third Monday of each month, with closed session scheduled at 6:00 p.m. and open session beginning at 6:30 p.m. If the Monday is a legal holiday, the Council meets the following Tuesday.
