The Hollister Planning Commission is scheduled to consider a proposal for a condominium project at its Oct. 26 meeting.

Bebek Development, a San Juan Capistrano-based company, is proposing 84 for-sale condominium units which would include 14 buildings over four acres at the corner of Fourth Street and Westside Boulevard, neighboring the San Benito Health Foundation.

The project would include units that are two and three stories, open space, private patios, parking and pedestrian paths, the city’s staff report said.

The units range from two to four bedrooms, the report said.

The proposed location is designated for mixed use in the Hollister General Plan, the report said.

The project offers 17,569 square feet of private outdoor space, or patio space. This meets the city’s zoning ordinance requirements, according to the report.

Though common open space is not required for condominium developments, the project includes a 31,607-square-foot open space area available to all residents. This also meets the city’s zoning requirements.

Each unit will include a two-car garage. With a total of 193 parking spaces, there will also be 25 guest parking spaces included in the total amount of parking spaces.

The Hollister Planning commission meets every fourth Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 375 Fifth Street.
