HOLLISTER, CALIFORNIA – March 4, 2014- On Tuesday, February 25th 2014, Hollister Police Officers arrested Joshua Dickerson (25) of Hollister on two separate burglary charges.
In the morning of February 25th, Officers responded to a report of an in progress residential burglary in the 1100 block of San Benito St. A citizen reported seeing two people wearing dark clothing entering into a residence while the homeowner was away at work. The officers who responded were able to contact the two people inside the residence while a third person fled the scene.
Joshua Dickerson was arrested at the scene for residential burglary and was identified as the suspect in a commercial burglary from Save Mart that occurred on February 23rd. Dickerson was arrested on that case as well.
Aside from the two burglary charges, Dickerson is also suspected of siphoning gas from vehicles and stealing a security camera from a business on Technology Way. The theft of gas and security camera investigation is continuing.
