On Tuesday, August 19, Jovenes De Antaño volunteers delivered 170 fresh produce boxes at zero cost to the seniors on the Jovenes mailing list, thanks to a generous donation from the Omaggio Fund.

The produce boxes were produced by Rancho Cielo, an amazing nonprofit in Monterey County that offers vocational training and high school education in partnership with John Muir Charter Schools at no cost to the student or their family.

This is an example of local nonprofits collaborating with local donors to benefit all of our community members, benefiting our youth of today and our youth of yesteryear!

If you would like to be added to the Jovenes mailing list, or would like to add the older adult in your life to our mailing list, please email m.rodriguez@jdaseniors.org ,  or call 831-637-9275.

Again, thank you to the Omaggio Fund for your wonderful donation!
