The San Benito County Free Library would like to invite county residents to take advantage of its wide variety of legal resources made available through Legal Information Reference Center. Anyone with a library card can access basic forms such as rental agreements, wills, and patents as well as checklists for applying for citizenship or visas, starting a small business, or filing for bankruptcy.
The Legal Information Reference Center also offers thousands of state-specific legal forms as well as full-text law articles and reference books, such as: Beat Your Ticket: Go to Court & Win, U.S. Immigration Made Easy, and Nolo’s Essential Guide to Buying Your First Home. Subject areas include business law, financial planning, family law, property and real estate, rights and disputes, and intellectual property.
