Join the San Benito County Free Library in celebrating the holidays on Dec. 18

San Benito County Free Library (SBCFL) will host its 8th Annual Holiday Program on Thursday, Dec. 18, from 5:30-7 p.m.. Activities at this year’s celebration include:

  • A visit with Santa
  • A free book for every child
  • Holiday stories with Ms. Carol
  • Crafts

Parents are encouraged to bring their own cameras, if they wish to take photos of Santa with their children.

The Friends of the San Benito County Free Library sponsors this event. With their help, the library is able to provide this event to San Benito County families and encourage a love of reading in the home by providing every child in attendance with a free book. The Friends and First 5 of San Benito are also providing books to be given away to children for the purposes of building home libraries in the community and increasing exposure to early literacy.

If you have questions about this event, you can visit the library at 470 5th Street, in Hollister, call the library at 831-636-4107, or contact the library at http://www.sanbenitofl.org/about/contact/.
