May 29, 2009 – April 14, 2026
Andre “Dre” Zayven Martinez unexpectedly gained his wings on April 14, 2026. Born on May 29, 2009, in Hollister, California, Andre lived a life that, though far too short, was filled with energy, laughter and memorable moments.
He is survived by his loving parents, Felix and Maria Martinez; his siblings, Jaylah, Samara, Salaylah, and Felix Jr.; and his nephew, Gabriel Jr., along with a large and loving extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and countless cousins who will carry his memory forward.
Raised in Hollister, Andre found joy and purpose on the football field, playing for the Hollister Vikings and the Cowboys. The game wasn’t just something he played, it was something he valued. Off the field, he enjoyed playing Call of Duty, laughing with friends, and making the most out of every moment. No matter where he was or what he was doing, family was always at the center of his life. He didn’t just love them, he made sure they felt it.
Andre had a style all his own-effortless, sharp, and unforgettable. He was often the best dressed in the room without even trying. But what truly made him stand out wasn’t just how he looked—it was how he carried himself. His presence was magnetic. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met, with his captivating eyes and his completing smile that brought warmth and joy to those around him. And if there was music playing, you already knew—he’d be the one dancing, bringing life, laughter, and making sure every one was included.
He will be remembered for his kind heart, his confidence, and the joy he gave so freely. His laughter unforgettable, and his spirit impossible to ignore.
As the law of conservation of energy teaches us, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. Andre’s energy—his light, his love, his spirit—does not end here. It lives on in every memory, every laugh, and every life he touched.
