Esperanza Garcia

Esperanza Garcia passed away at her Hollister home at the age of 73. She was born in El Cerrito Colorado, Michoacan, Mexico and lived in Hollister for 22 years having worked at the cannery, a member of Sacred Heart Church and Teamsters Union Local 890.

She is survived by her husband, Luis Garcia of Hollister, her children, Juan Garcia (Alejandra) of Mexico, Rafael Garcia (Rosalba) of Hollister, Rosalva Orozco (Jose) of Los Angeles, Lidia Garcia (Alejandro Rodriguez) of Hollister, Luis Manuel Garcia (Hermila Ruiz) of Los Banos and Alvaro Garcia (Rosa) of Los Banos, her brothers and sister, Diego Orozco of Mexico, Serafin Orozco of Mexico and Ignacio Orozco of Southgate and 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The Rosary will be on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at St. Benedict Church. The Mass will be at 7:00 P.M. at the church. 

Burial will be in El Cerrito Colorado, Michoacan, Mexico.

Friends can pay their respects after 1:00 P.M. until 4:30 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home and then from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the church.
