PUBLIC NOTICE: Provisional Appointment of Board Members, Trustee Areas 3 and 4

PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS Trustee Areas 3 and 4 Aromas-San Juan Unified School District.

On October 7, 2026, the Governing Board of Trustees made the following provisional appointments:
Trustee Area 3: Celia Capulin, to fill the vacancy created by a failure to elect.
Trustee Area 4: Jeanette Dominguez, to fill the vacancy created by failure to elect.
The appointees will be sworn in to serve a 4-year term on December 16, 2026.
These appointments will become effective unless a petition calling for a special election under Education Code Section 5091, containing a sufficient number of signatures, is filed with the San Benito County Superintendent of Schools within 30 days of the appointment date.
