Passed Away On: December 18, 2021
On the evening of December 18, 2021, our loving mother Rhonda Botts was called home to be with her husband of 47 years Larry.
Rhonda passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Rhonda, 67, was born in Patterson, California to Ronald and Joyce Selby. She spent most of her life in Red Bluff, where she met Larry in high school and they were married in 1972. They moved to Prunedale and spent the next twenty years raising their family and working in the family business, before returning to Red Bluff to spend their retirement years.
Rhonda was an accomplished painter and instructor, she loved crafting and spending time with her family. She was kindhearted and had an unconditional patience that she maintained throughout life and in death.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her husband Larry and father Ronald. Rhonda is survived by her three children, Brandi (Israel) Cervantes, Kelsi (Larry) Jones and Jacob. Her mother Joyce Selby and sister Cheryl Latimer. Her grandchildren Anthony, Andrew, Alyssa, Jacob, Roxy, Grayson and Lauren. Great grandchildren Khaleesi and Karson.
Rhonda will be greatly missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing her and being touched by her words of wisdom and loving spirit.
