Here you will find a list of all of the bands that will be performing at Hollister Freedom Rally 2015, and when they will be playing.

The Miles Schon Band

Miles Schon, son of San Francisco Bay Area rock and roll star Neal Schon (Journey/Santana), is a brilliant guitar virtuoso in his own right. He performs original and cover songs with his back-up band and is known to incorporate masterful electric ukulele tunes in his sessions. He lives in the North Bay Area and performs all over California. 

Miles Schon will be performing on Saturday, July 4 at 4:30 p.m. 

Charlie Brechtel

Charlie Brechtel will be performing a set on Saturday, July 4  at 6 p.m.

Charlie doesn’t just play the kind of rockin’ blues that is the perfect soundtrack to the biker way of life; he takes his listeners into a world that began in America’s post WWII years, screamed through the 50s and 60s and has evolved into one of the most powerful and envied sub-cultures that this country has ever produced.

Fog City Swampers

Fog City Swampers will be performing a set on Sunday, July 5 at 2 p.m.

The Fog City Swampers have been Rocking Northern California and beyond since 2003. The band puts on a high energy show that’s sure to get people moving on the dance floor. Along with classics by artists like Lynyrd Skynyrd, CCR, Led Zeppelin, Marshall Tucker Band, Merle Haggard, and Johnny Cash, audiences can also expect to hear more contemporary songs by such bands as The Civil Wars, Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, and many more. If you like live music, come on down and be a part of the Swamp Show!

Foo-Fighting

Foo-Fighting will be performing a set on Saturday July 4 at 2:30 p.m..

The Foo Fighters are arguably the most successful live touring band today, and Foo Fighting delivers all of the energy and power of a live Foo Fighters concert. You’ll hear all the biggest Foo Fighters hits in an action-packed high-quality professional show, including new songs from their hit HBO series Sonic Highways. 

Full Throttle Band

Full Throttle Band will be performing a set on Saturday, July 4 at 2 p.m.

Full Throttle formed in the spring of 2002 in Gwinnett County in a house rented by Rhett located on Singleton Road. What started out as fun grew into an awesome band. The band says, “We’ve had our up’s and downs but thru years of hard work the band formed its rocking signature sound with a unique feel and style of its own. Now it’s all about the fun. We’ve always said if it’s not fun we quit. So having fun is the most important part of our band. We love to perform and we put on a highly energetic show. This is an awesome journey that has enriched our lives as it has our fans.”

Gypsy Flight

Gypsy Flight will be performing a set on Sunday, July 5 at 12:30 p.m.

Gypsy Flight is an original hard rock band from the San Francisco Bay Area. Blending hard edge rhythms with melodic vocal lines,Gypsy Flight delivers Hard Rock music with a modern attitude. In February Gypsy Flight placed third in the Bay Area’s longest running Battle of the Bands and in May 2013 Gypsy Flight released their self titled debut album and immediately grabbed the attention of Hard Rock legions. While gaining airplay on Hard Rock Radio, Gypsy Flight also has been selected to be included on “Maiden of Metal” compilation album being distributed by Delinquent Records USA along with top female-fronted bands from around the world. 

Jake Nielsen’s Triple Threat

Jake Nielsen’s Triple Threat will be performing a set on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 12:30 p.m..

Born on March 29, 1985, Jake was born with cerebral palsy, limiting the use of his legs. He was always determined to never let that bring him down. So he lived a very active life as a young kid and participated in every sport he could. He played wheelchair basketball, and was the inspiration to start a baseball league for children with special needs. He’s been making his way all through Northern and Southern California, and not stopping there! 

Jett Black

Full Throttle Band will be performing a set on Sunday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m.

2010 saw Jettblack added for two dates at the London Roundhouse at the end of the Kerrang! Tour. The year also saw the releasing of their debut album, “Get Your Hands Dirty” in June 2010. They previously launched their single at a special gig at the Purple Turtle in Camden, London. This was followed by a number of one-off gigs including supporting Reckless Love at the historic Barfly, Camden and supporting Papa Roach in the Netherlands before returning to the Relentless Boardmasters Festival and a set at the UK leg of Ozzfest. In September, the band rejoined with Finnish Rockers Reckless Love, supporting them on their ‘Back to Paradise’ UK tour.

LightFighters

LightFighters will be performing a set on Saturday, July 4 at noon.

The Lightfighters are Jonathan Griffin, Savannah Keen, Kirk Edwards, Patrick McCluskey, and Chris Castillo. They are a rock band out of the Monterey area.

Liquid Sky, a Tribute to Jimi Hendrix

Liquid Sky will be performing a set on Saturday, July 4 at 4 p.m.

Freddie Mabunga, vocalist/guitarist and founder of Liquid Sky has rounded up some of the best players in the Bay Area to play Jimi’s music. The band has been together since 2008 and have already played some of the top venues in the bay area.The other two memebers of this power trio consist of Kevin Nagel on the drums filling the shoes of Mitch Mitchell. Kevin is a veteran drummer of the local music scene and is the driving force behind Liquid Sky. Finally Mark Welker fills the roll of Noel Redding. Mark has shared the stage with the likes of Joe Satiriani, Y&T, and the great Randy Hansen. Liquid Sky’s live gigs are extremely guitar driven and fill the air with Jimi’s spirit. 

The Moondance Band

Moondance will be performing a set on Sunday, July 5 at noon.

The band was formed in 1976 in Saratoga by Scott Thompson, keyboard, flute, bass, and vocals, and Rich Haggett, guitar and vocals. Since then, the band has played more than 1,000 gigs in five countries. That vast experience has enabled the band to please any crowd with their huge selection of music. From country, jazz, classic rock, to dance music, Moondance can deliver the goods. With Rick Leachman’s dynamic voice and guitar and bass work to Les Pierce’s soulful sax sound.
