Affordable housing in San Benito County will be the topic of the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce's Lunch With Leaders on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at Paine's Restaurant.

"Guest speakers will be from Eden Housing/South County Housing and CHISPA, but as we all know affordable does not only include low income," said Juli Vieira, president and CEO of the Chamber. "Many of our residents, including teachers, firefighters, and police officers cannot afford to purchase a home in the community they work in.  Even two-income families have a difficult time finding what just to be called a “starter home” they can afford.  So join the conversation and ask your questions and maybe find some answers"

The lunch will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Paine's, 421 East St. in Hollister. Chamber members who RSVP can attend for $20; Chamber members at the door can pay $25; and non-members can attend for $30.
