In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, government offices and schools will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19. There will be no mail delivery, but Recology's garbage and recycling service will continue as scheduled.

National Parks, including Pinnacles in southern San Benito County, will be open and will not charge an entrance fee.
