National Philanthropy Day is the day set aside to recognize those who enhance the quality of life in San Benito County. The event will feature awards recognizing outstanding volunteers, donors, partners, groups, philanthropists, or colleagues nominated by their peers in the nonprofit sector.
This year, the Community Foundation for San Benito County will host National Philanthropy Day at the San Juan Oaks Golf Club on Nov. 12. Organizations are encouraged to submit nominations for this celebration of community spirit. Organizers say it is a chance to step into the spotlight and honor our outstanding community volunteers.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Oct.9. Please follow the links for more information on the nomination process.
NOMINATIONS
Read the Nomination Guidelines, and prepare a 100-word script for presentation. Use the Online Nomination Form to submit your information. You will also need to submit a high-resolution photo with your nomination form.
CELEBRATION DINNER

Dinner is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12 at San Juan Oaks Golf Club, from 5:30-8 p.m. The cost per person is $40 and seating is limited to eight guests, including the honoree. Submit your check and Dinner Reservation Form by mail.
