Real estate broker Renee Kunz reminds consumers to check into buying before they sign a rental lease

We live in California! The state with lots of sunshine, beautiful beaches, incredible mountains, the land of opportunity. But with that, comes high rents.

Did you know the average single family home in Hollister to rent right now is between $1,800 and $2,200 dollars per month? To rent a room in someone's house can be around $600! Ouch! My point, before you sign your next lease, speak to a reputable lender as you may be able to afford to buy a home. It is better to pay your own mortgage than your landlords. Sacrifice will be involved, but you can find the right program.
