Travelers in Salinas this week will encounter a full overnight closure of the Market St. onramp to southbound US 101. This closure will be in effect on Thursday, June 4, from 9 pm to 6 am. Also, during the overnight hours, travelers on southbound US 101 will encounter a closure of the #2 (right) lane near Market St.
Message and directional signs will alert travelers in advance of these lane closures. Travelers can expect delays of up to 10 minutes.
These closures are necessary for crews to perform repairs to drainage infrastructure and enhance erosion control efforts.
