Hollister will soon be home to its very FIRST Panera Bread cafe. I’m writing to share that a Panera will be opening its doors at 1150 East Park Street at 6AM on Wednesday, June 11. While this location marks the first in Hollister and San Benito County, it joins two other Panera cafes in Monterey – Salinas.
- Address: 1150 East Park Street Hollister, CA 95023
- Hours: Mon-Sat 6am – 9pm, Sun 7am – 9pm
- Format: This new bakery-cafe features delivery and catering, as well as digital ordering and mobile pick-up lane convenience, ideal for order-ahead. Guests have the option to dine in or on the patio.
- Promotion: To celebrate the new location, on opening day June 11 beginning at 6AM, the first 100 guests will receive a year’s worth of free “Your Pick Two®” meals.” A You Pick Two® allows guests to select any combination of two half size entrees from the Panera Bread menu including soups, salads, sandwiches and more.
- The new location will employ 55-60 people.
To celebrate the new location for a limited time (beginning opening day through September 11, 2025), local nonprofit organizations, including schools, sports teams, scout groups and more can host a fundraising event at the new Panera bakery-cafes in Hollister and Panera will donate 30% of the net sales from the event back to the organization.
