THERE NEEDS TO BE A REBUTTAL to an article entitled “Panoche Valley Solar Plan is Unconcscionable” in this morning’s edition of the San Jose Mercury News (5/3/16, page A7). The authors are the well-known anti-project activists’ Kim Williams and Kim Delfino. Who better to rebut than the SBC Board of Supervisors! The rebuttal must not only counter their negative statements but also emphasize the fact that the project has undergone much scrutiny and review and has finally received approved. We all know that this project is good for San Benito County! It will be bring jobs as well as recognition regarding sustainable clean energy development in California. Your rebuttal needs to be printed as prominently as there’s in the San Jose Mercury News as well. Get the word out! These naysayers need to be stopped from continuing this long tiring political battle. Let’s move on and get this Solar Farm built.
