On February 22, 2014, Hollister Police Officers responded to a vehicle collision on Sunnyslope Road. Gregory was identified as the driver of the vehicle. The investigation of the collision revealed Gregory was under the influence of a controlled substance. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. He was transported to the San Benito County Jail and booked for over 10 charges ranging from DUI to possession of drug paraphernalia to possession of drugs for sale.

On March 9, 2014 at approximately 4:00 am, Gregory was contacted during a vehicle stop. During the investigation of the traffic stop, officers located illegal drugs and paraphernalia in the car and in Gregory’s possession. He was transported to the San Benito County Jail and booked for possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.

On March 11, 2014, Hollister Police Officers were dispatched to the skate park located at the Veteran’s Memorial Park. A witness had reported witnessing a possible drug sale between two men in the skate park area. Officers arrived and contacted two individuals. The investigation resulted in the discovery of narcotics and arrest of Gregory and another suspect, Cesar Ramos (21). During the booking process at the San Benito County Jail, more narcotics were found hidden in Gregory’s clothing.

Gregory was booked for possession of marijuana for sale, possession of methamphetamine, transportation of a controlled substance, conspiracy and bringing a controlled substance into jail. It should be noted Gregory had been released from jail from his previous charge only hours before this arrest.

Ramos was booked for possession of marijuana for sale and conspiracy. Both individuals were released to jail staff for processing.
