On Thursday, Dec. 1, the Hollister Police Department, along with the California Highway Patrol and the Santa Cruz Auto Theft Reduction and Enforcement Task Force (S.C.A.R.E.) worked together to investigate an alleged stolen vehicle dismantling operation, and are seeking a Hollister man for questioning. 

According to a press release, during the evening of Nov. 30, Hollister Police Officer Miguel Masso was investigating a recovered stolen vehicle in Briggs Alley near College Street when he found more stolen vehicle parts at 428 College St. 

CHP assisted with the investigation and S.C.A.R.E. responded to the scene.  A search warrant was served on the property, where police say three stolen vehicles were already dismantled on the property. 

Daniel Hult, 33-years-old of Hollister, is wanted for questioning regarding this incident.
