Intertribal Council members Laynee and Sonne Reyna are pledging to continue the Rain Dances until the rain falls on them while they are dancing. They understand that it is not simply the falling of rain, but addressing the imbalance of nature which is the problem. they invite any and all to join them and others as they heal the earth and try to restore balance.
