The San Juan Bautista Heritage Rose Group was formed to identify and protect local heritage roses and educate caretakers and the public about them to insure their continuing beauty. It is a loosely organized group of concerned enthusiasts. All are welcomed.
Group Goals:
1. Identify the many Heritage Roses local to the City of San Juan Bautista, California.
2. Label and catalog the Heritage Roses.
3. Contact the property owners with Heritage Roses and work with them to ensure preservation and proper care.
4. Publish a local ‘Rose Tour’ for visiting enthusiasts.
