The San Benito Aquatics (SBA) swim team is making waves in Hollister! Despite no longer managing the aquatic center, SBA remains committed to its roots by promoting a love for swim in our community and developing competitive swimmers.
SBA is proud to continue fostering strong partnerships with Hollister High School and the YMCA to strengthen swimming programs in the area. While SBA is not currently offering swim lessons, the team remains focused on helping youth learn more about all aspects of swimming and providing high-quality competitive swimming opportunities for kids aged 5-18.
In the fall of 2024, SBA welcomed their new Head Coach, Darlene Friedley. With over 20 years of experience in competitive swimming, Coach Darlene brings a fresh perspective, deep expertise, and ambitious goals to the team’s aquatic programs. Under her leadership, SBA is excited to help young swimmers achieve their full potential.
