The San Benito County CattleWomen’s Association held their annual Pedro Party on February 24, 2018 at Tres Pinos Church Hall. It was an evening filled with laughter, playing cards, and enjoying delicious appetizers and desserts donated by CattleWomen members.

Chairperson Cheri Holiday said, “The event was a huge success and I would like to thank everybody who came out!”

The popular event acts as a fundraiser for the association to further its efforts in promoting the Cattle Industry and educating the general public about beef through its local events.

This year’s winners were: 1st place ($100 prize) to Mike Oliveria; 2nd place ($75 prize) to Sami O’Conner; 3rd place ($50 prize) to Dave Williams; 4th place ($25 prize) to Betty Brookshire; Booby Prize ($10 prize) to Dino Pezzini.

The event would not have been a success without our generous sponsors for donating all the wonderful raffle items. For that we’d like to thank: Tracy Nino, Mike Pera, Glenna Porteur, Bella Charm, SBC Fair, Sally Silva, Calvista/Jayme Stewart, Ohana, Toni Jane Renz, Cheri Holiday, Tres Pinos Ranch Supply, Gloria Hanrahan, Locked and Loaded, Marti Hubble, Rosemarie Bianchi, Sharon Hawkins, The Well-Armed Woman, McKinnon Lumber, 19th Hole, Charlotte Cabral, The Inn at Tres Pinos, Debbie Loos, Rosie Grijalva, Sandy Williams, B & R Farms, Guerra Cellars, Dave Williams, Janie and Jerry Murphy, Kym Vallejo, Kym & Joey Vallejo (CDA), Jamii Eade Pura, Ranchers Feed, Oasis/Desiree Mirassou, and Bettencourt Commodities.
