Applications are now open for the 86 Annual San Benito County Saddle Horse Show and Rodeo.
Entries will be open to bona fide residents or real property taxpayers of San Benito County who have been so for at least 30 days prior to the start of the show. Entries are also open to past contestants who participated in the show within the last five years. People who are fully employed in San Benito County (but do not live in the county) are also eligible to enter.
Any horse entered in the Rodeo must be owned by someone who would be an eligible contestant. Halter horse division is open to San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey County residents. This does not automatically qualify for entries into other events.
The last day entries will be accepted is Friday, June 14 at 6 p.m.
Physical applications will be accepted at the Bolado Park office. Mailed entries will be accepted if USPS postmarked on or before June 14, 2019. Metered mail will not be accepted unless received by June 14, 2019. The online entry form is also available.
