The new Women’s Center at Hazel Hawkins Hospital has been open for about three weeks and in that time, twenty babies have been delivered.  Wednesday morning, an extra special delivery was made, the first baby of the new year.  Destiny Chanel Ceja was born at 9:08 am on Wednesday, January 1st, making her the first baby born in San Benito County in 2014.  Proud parents David & Nancy Ceja said “everything is really nice here” at the new women’s center. Baby girl Destiny weighed 7 pounds and one ounce and was 21 inches long at birth.  Mom & Baby are doing well.
