Do you or someone you know sing, dance, act, are in a band, or just have a special talent? If so then consider auditioning for San Benito Stage Company’s Talent Show.
There will be a grand prize of $250 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place, the stage company is hoping to generate interest from a variety of talented people.
Auditions will be held this Friday, Jan 19 from 6-8pm and Saturday, Jan. 20 from 9-11am at the Granada Theater in Hollister.
People interested in auditioning should prepare a piece that is no longer than five minutes. Pieces can be between two to five minutes long. Talent can be six years old and up.
Acts that are selected for the show will be asked to attend a call back informational meeting in the late afternoon on the Jan. 20 to explain the rules and expectations for the show.
“We are really trying to have an event that lets San Benito County showcase its talent,” said Amy Redmond Waran and Allison Barnes, who are producing the event.
